Description: Have you always dreamed of knitting a sweater? It's a milestone many knitters cross at some point. In this class, you'll be guided through the entire process from start to finish. We’ll cover measuring gauge, choosing your fit and size, cast-on and bind-off options, pattern reading, how to track your work on your pattern and in your sweater, finishing techniques, caring for your handknit sweater, and more. By the end of the class, you’ll have a finished sweater and the confidence to knit more garments.
Prerequisites: Participants should be comfortable with the knit and purl stitch, any standard cast-on, and the standard bind-off.
